Approximately 119,000 units in the U.S. and 2,350 in Canada of the KolourOne Brand Panel Array 2/.0 and DUO 2.0 PAR LED Light Bulbs have been recalled by SATCO. Reportedly, the metal housing/lens assembly can separate from the bulb’s base and fall. This poses a risk of injury from impact to bystanders.

SATCO has received four reports of the bulb components being separated, however no injuries have been reported. Centex Homes recalls solar panels due to fire hazard

Centex Homes has recently recalled 240 units of their SolarSave® roof panels due to fire hazard. Two incidents have been reported in which roof fires originated in or near the recalled roof panels. No injuries have yet been reported.

Schneider Electric recalls circuit breakers due to fire hazard

Bodum USA Recalls Coffee Presses due to Laceration and Burn Hazards

Sold exclusively at Starbucks, the Bodum rose gold glass coffee press has been recalled. The glass carafe can fall out of the metal frame, and plastic base of the coffee press can break or shatter, posing as a laceration or burn hazard.

Bodum has received 14 reports of the glass carafes breaking or shattering when the coffee press plastic base separated from the metal frame. There have been four reports of injuries; two lacerations and two burns.
