The Midnight Ramblers - Winners Jingle Contest

Congratulations to The Midnight Ramblers out of Rochester, New York for winning our first ever jingle contest. They received the most “thumbs up” on YouTube and will receive $1,000 and their jingle will appear in a Cellino & Barnes commercial.

The Midnight Ramblers is a group of male singers who attend college at the University of Rochester. Their upbeat and fun rendition of the Cellino & Barnes Jingle put them at the top.

Cellino & Barnes Donates $21,500 to Roswell Park Cancer Institute

Cellino & Barnes has donated $21,500 to Roswell Park Cancer Institute in support of pediatric cancer research and family support programs through Carly’s Club. At the beginning of the 2010-2011 National Hockey League season, Cellino & Barnes pledged to make a gift for every game won by the Buffalo Sabres.

The Sabres won 43 games during the 2010-2011 season. Ross Cellino, partner of the firm, visited Roswell Park Cancer Institute today to present the check. (more…)

Our client, a truck driver, had pulled over to the side of the road to take his dog for a walk, while our client’s wife sat as a passenger in his truck.

As our client stood in front of his tractor-trailer, it was suddenly rear-ended by a charter bus carrying a girls travel hockey team.

Bus Accident Settlement Reached for Injured 6 Year Old Girl

Our client, a 6 year old girl, was in a serious accident involving a charter bus in New York. 

As a result of this charter bus accident, our client sustained serious injuries in the crash and was admitted into the pediatric ICU for various head, orthopedic, and internal injuries.

Cellino & Barnes Secures $1.8 Million for Boating Accident Victim

Wednesday, February 2nd, 2011

Richard Amico, a personal injury attorney in our Rochester office, led the legal team that secured the maximum available insurance coverage.

The settlement was reached shortly after the complaint was filed and served on the defendants. The insurers for the defendants agreed to pay the plaintiff the full policy limits ($1.8 million) for the injuries suffered in this boating accident.

“Our client suffered an amputation of her left thumb and a crush injury to her right arm,” explained Attorney Amico, one of our Rochester-based personal injury attorneys. “This young lady’s injuries were extremely serious. Unfortunately, we were limited by the maximum amount of available insurance coverage – which we were successful in securing.”
